Curious and creative, Erin brings diverse experience with a background in human resources, corporate learning and development, instructional design, and pharmaceutical sales training. She is passionate about partnering with clients to identify needs and create learning solutions to meet performance goals. Erin enjoys designing innovative, engaging, and instructionally sound learning solutions including workshops, eLearning, games, and self-paced training.

Erin earned her BS in Labor Studies and Employment Relations (HR) from the Pennsylvania State University and her MS in Instructional Design and Learning Technology from Franklin University.

Fun Fact: Erin is an avid outdoor adventurer and especially loves hiking, rock climbing, and skiiing. While learning to ski as an adult, she tore her ACL on the bunny hill and then dedicated the next few seasons to learning the sport—developing a true passion for skiing!
