Kristen has 18 years of experience dedicated to training in the pharmaceutical industry, including learning strategy, instructional design, sales, editing, and medical writing. She has designed and developed countless multiphased curricula for US and global audiences consisting of digital and non-digital self-paced training solutions, games, assessments, and workshops.

Applying a goal-oriented and learner-focused approach, Kristen listens closely to her clients to identify and understand their training needs and develop creative, blended solutions to achieve objectives. She combines industry expertise with business savvy, scientific education and experience, and an understanding of training delivery technologies to generate ideas that align with what clients and learners want and need. She aims always to make training development a positive and enjoyable experience for all stakeholders.

Kristen has a BS in Biobehavioral Health with a Neuroscience minor from the Pennsylvania State University and an eLearning Specialist graduate certificate from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Fun fact: Kristen briefly held a side job as a Zumba instructor at a fitness center. If she were to pursue a career other than pharmaceutical industry training, it would be dance choreography, which she has been doing since she was a kid.
