Linda was formerly an in-house editor and manager at Mosby/Elsevier, where she hired, trained, and supervised a team of production editors and freelancers and oversaw the publication of books spanning a broad portfolio of medical disciplines—oncology, neurology, emergency medicine, nursing, radiology, and many others. Linda went on to spend 20 years as a freelance copy editor, editing book manuscripts, peer-reviewed journal articles, and pharmaceutical educational and training materials. She joined the Curtis Learning team as a full-time editor in 2023, and currently edits, proofreads, and fact-checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of a diverse array of deliverables.

Linda received a BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Southern Maine in 2008. She is a member of the American Medical Writers Association, ACES: The Society for Editing, and Mensa.

Fun fact: Linda has spent the last decade enjoying long-distance backpacking. She has thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail (~2200 miles) twice.
